Dr. Stuart Gower

Hello!  My name is Dr. Gower and I would like to welcome you to our Web site.  I would like to share some personal and professional information.  I have been practicing in Brooklyn since 1983 and have worked in the Veterinary field since 1974.  I have been practicing at this location in Brooklyn almost 20 years.  I specialize in the diagnostic, medical and surgical treatment of diseases in dogs and cats.  I have special interests in diagnostic radiology and ultrasound.

Recently, I have embarked on a new approach to medicine and disease, which focuses on prevention.  Each pet is individually assessed and a health management program is created specific for each pet.  This healthy Pet Program addresses diet, nutritionals, herbals, and medicines that may be extremely helpful in making you family pet much healthier and happier.

Call our office and ask for Jennarae, our office manager, to have Dr. Gower review your pet's medical records to formulate a Health Management Program for your pet or pets.  It's a free service.

On a personal note: my wife and spiritual partner, Valerie Taylor has given true meaning to the purpose of Life and has been a wonderful partner in co-creation.  We have raised six children who are an enormous part of our lives and an ongoing sense of joy.
